Payment
For orders placed in Germany, payment can be made via invoice, advance payment, immediate bank transfer, direct debit, PayPal, credit card, cash on delivery or payment in cash.
For orders placed abroad, payment can be made via transfer/ advance payment, PayPal, credit card and in cash upon collection. For orders placed in Austria there is also the possibility to pay by invoice. For orders placed in Austria, Switzerland, Belgium and Great Britain, it is also possible to pay by immediate bank transfer.
Payment on account (for Germany and Austria only)
With our partner you can pay on account at our online shop with a payment period of 10 days. For payments made with invoice, you never have to enter your account details and you do not pay until the goods have been received.
With the payment on account method, delivery to an address which is different from the billing address is not possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Bank payment
If you opt to pay by transfer/ advance payment, we will send you our bank details in the order confirmation and then deliver the items following receipt of payment. Please transfer the invoice amount to our account. Following receipt of payment, you will receive an e-mail confirming the payment and, on the same day, the dispatch. Please note that a transfer can take several working days to be completed.
If the amount does not go into our account within 14 days of your order, the reservation on the goods will be cancelled.
